Geoffrey has been living in the overlap of modern technology and blue-collar work for decades now. While working for Fortune 100 companies on process improvement, user education and support, and service management, he was also learning the infrastructure skills that underpin all of our innovations. The lessons from plumbing, electrical work, landscape improvement and construction inform how he runs Rebelcedar’s internal processes. Geoffrey's experience at Disney drives his tenacious focus on happy customers while his dedication to vendor relationships is bolstered by his big tech background.
If he can get his hands dirty while building a better experience for his customers and his teams, he’ll probably be happy.

Elysse is one of the Co-Creators of RebelCedar Solutions, where she plays a critical role in shaping both the how and the why behind the business. With a Master’s degree in Education, she brings a strong work ethic and foundation to every aspect of RC's operations.
Elysse oversees most of the company's culture, logistics, training, development, finances, and day-to-day operations—ensuring that both the team and the business run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her pragmatism and attention to detail, Elysse is committed to building community, supporting growth, and producing quality over quantity.
