When one of our customers had an unfortunate meeting of their fence and a neighbor’s car, they asked us to help. We visited their house and spent time listening and learning to have a clear idea of what they wanted. After listening, we took measurements of the entire project on several planes and got to work. First, we assessed the local regulations and codes to ensure compliance with sight lines, corner setbacks, and any neighborhood requirements. We provided three options of varied cost and appearance with all the data needed for the insurance assessor and set clear expectations for the customer around communication and timelines as well as potential setbacks and hurdles. Once our customer was happy with their selection and understood the work and the plans for delivery, we got to a different kind of work.

Removing the old fence including all concrete and all debris from the collision set the tone. Once all traces of the old fence were cleared, new posts, concrete, and stringers were set. We verified level and plumb with string and lasers while working around the delicate landscaping. The final product met all regulations and left our customer happy and their neighbors a little jealous.

From the customer- “Omg. The fence is beautiful!! So much prettier than I imagined! Fantastic work 🥰🥳”
